CEFR A2.2 French Primary Upskilling Course

Crafty Little Linguists in collaboration with Post Primary Languages Ireland and Languages Connect present our CEFR A2.2 French upskilling course for primary teachers in the Republic Of Ireland. This course builds on our A2.1 French course, however it is designed as standalone modules. Therefore, it is not essential to have completed our A2.1 course to enrol. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me tracy@craftylittlelinguists.co.uk. Each module is designed to help primary teachers who will be teaching French in their classrooms to refresh and build on their knowledge of French. Each module focuses on practical language skills, interactive activities, and real-life communication scenarios. Our course will also equip teachers with the confidence, techniques, and high quality resources to begin teaching French in their classroom.

Cohort 2 January 2026 CEFR Level A2.1 French Upskilling Course in collaboration with PPLI

This fully funded 20 hour course is designed to develop the confidence of primary teachers in teaching French through five themed modules. It is designed and led by an experienced languages teacher and aims to help primary teachers to refresh their knowledge of French, provide them with downloadable resources, and share fun language teaching strategies they can use in the primary classroom. It incorporates the CEFR descriptors: Reception, Production, Interaction, Mediation, and Plurilingual Competence from the Post-Primary Languages Ireland Specification.
